To be clear: I’m aware that I’m not at all overweight. I’ve been “thin” all my life due to a combination of fairly healthy eating, consistent exercise, and genetics. I rarely eat fast food and have played one sport or another since age 6. My dad is also a human pipe cleaner and can eat pretty much whatever he wants without gaining...
